Curated Leadership helps organizations commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. We are committed to providing training and development rooted in anti-oppression principles to inspire awareness, education and action to create inclusive communities. Our expertise is driven by our lived experiences, data-driven practices, and successful implementation of DEI strategy.
Our strategic vision is rooted in the belief that if we equip individuals with the tools and knowledge to disrupt bias and discrimination, we can challenge power structures and create new equitable and inclusive communities.
We acknowledge that we are hosted on the traditional lands of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit people and we are grateful to live and work on this land.
Our work
Curated Leadership offers DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) learning experiences, consulting, and one-on-one leadership coaching for individuals and teams to get comfortable having courageous conversations and making intentional steps toward inclusion. We take a people-centred approach to create organizational transformation. Through data-informed research, we identify gaps and implement effective strategies to create an engaged workforce.
